Shipping policy

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are shipped between 3-5 business days after purchase.

Candles take time to cure and orders are sent out as soon as the product is ready. These items are handmade with love and with sustainable, eco-friendly practices. Shipping information will be sent to the email you provide. Please leave a note if you have any concern on shipment and I will respond ASAP.

 

Where do your orders ship from and how much is shipping? 

Orders are shipped directly from San Diego, CA via USPS. Shipping is calculated based on weight and ranges from $5-$13, or FREE on orders $45+

If you are local to San Diego (within 10mi of University Heights), please select the local delivery option for DISCOUNTED delivery. 

If you want to do a LOCAL PICKUP, just leave a note with your order. If I am able to accommodate I will refund your shipping and coordinate your pickup time within a week.

 

Why does my order look different than the website?

Every single jar and lid is heroically saved from local homes and recycling bins and repurposed. What does this mean? I do my best to keep large quantities of the same jar, but sometimes there may be a slight variation. Every single candle will be the same NET WEIGHT your ordered product. 

If you are unsatisfied with candle, keep it girl! Let's talk, and if need be, we can work something out. 

 

Why was my order cancelled?

I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information. Everything will be communicated with you, Britt's a homie. I apologize for any inconvenience.
