• Candle Quantity & Sizes // typical sizes include 6oz, 8oz, 10oz, 12oz
• Candle Name // cannot be a trademark or copyright that you do not have authorization to use, ask if you have questions
• Candle Color // I will match to the best of my ability. Please understand that specific coloring may be hard to achieve with soy wax. 
• Fragrances // choose from 1-5 fragrances to blend! My specialty is scent creation.  Send me your thoughts and ideas and I'll craft a blend specific to your needs. Samples available upon request. Please note that some scents are natural base and some are natural top notes. I will do my best to balance them according to your preferences.
• Candle Container Type // jar tumblers or tins
• Label Design // have some custom art you want to show off? Want to create something with one of my partnered artists?
